What it fetches

• Public registry and directory listings, for example the Official MCP Registry, at most hourly.
• The tool list of a public remote MCP server (server/discover and tools/list), at most once a day.

What it never does

• Call a tool, log in, or bypass a bot challenge.
• Automate the ChatGPT or Claude apps.
• Ignore robots.txt, a 429, or a request to stop.
