Harmonized data on all ~7,900 Italian comuni, 107 provinces and 20 regions, plus European NUTS regions, joined from nine institutional sources into one schema. Ask for a town and get population, foreign residents by nationality, property prices and rents, climate, air quality, well-being indicators and tax-regime eligibility in a single call. The underlying data is public. Using it is not. ISTAT publishes SDMX, the Agenzia delle Entrate publishes OMI by half-year zone, Eurostat and OECD publish at NUTS grain that does not map onto Italian municipalities. This server does the crosswalking, the joining and the grain labeling once, so an agent does not have to do it wrong every time. Three rules it holds to: Every number carries its source, vintage and geographic grain. A 2019 median age is never presented as current, and a province figure is never passed off as a town's. Missing data is absent. Never imputed, never zero-filled. No composite "best place in Italy" score. The caller sets the weights. Tools: search_comuni, get_comune, list_datasets. Also available as REST at /api/v1 with an OpenAPI 3.1 spec at /openapi.json. Sources: ISTAT, Agenzia delle Entrate (OMI), Eurostat, OECD, Copernicus Climate Data Store (ERA5-Land), MEF, EEA, Ministero della Salute, Ministero dell'Interno.
