Turn a public video link into a **timestamped transcript**, **topic chapters** and **clip suggestions**. Works with YouTube (videos, shorts, live replays), Twitch VODs, Kick VODs and TikTok, including platforms that block datacenter IPs. **Tools**: `get_transcript` (timestamped / text / srt / segments), `get_chapters`, `suggest_clips` (with editorial instructions). **Async by design**: a call waits up to `wait_seconds`; if the video is still downloading or transcribing it returns `status: processing`. Call again with the same url, nothing is charged twice. Results cached 24 h. **Pricing**: free tier without a key (3 videos per day, up to 15 min each).
