| scanverity_search_markets | Use this when a user asks about prediction markets or wants to research the conditions, deadlines or settlement risks behind a forecast about politics, elections, a ceasefire, economics, crypto or sport, even without naming Scanverity or providing a URL. Search by a short topic keyword, usually in English, such as "ceasefire", "inflation" or "Bitcoin". Returns specific Polymarket contract IDs, questions, deadlines and source links; outcomes appear when the global registry supplies them. If the global registry is unavailable, a fresh tracked high-volume subset may be returned with an explicit limited result_scope and no outcomes. An empty subset never proves market absence. Free discovery: no report, payment or allowance consumption. Not general news search, live odds, a probability forecast or a trading recommendation.
