A deterministic rule engine decides the lawful contracting method under the National Contracts Act and the Local Contracts Act; statute search and article lookup return the cited text, including as-of-date versions for past contracts; reference search covers ministry directives, qualification-review criteria and practitioner guides; and case search pulls live court precedents and ministry legal interpretations from law.go.kr.
