MCP server for Korea's **DART** (Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer) electronic disclosure system, operated by the FSS (Financial Supervisory Service). Search and pull listed-company filings, financial statements, and major-event disclosures via OpenDART API. ## Tools - `search_company(name|corp_code)` — resolve company by name or DART corp code. - `list_filings(corp_code, period, type)` — list disclosures (annual/quarterly/material event). - `get_filing(rcept_no)` — fetch full filing metadata + XBRL/XML links. - `get_financials(corp_code, year, period)` — BS / IS / CF line items (auditor-attested). ## Use cases - Semi-intel signals (KOSPI semiconductor company R&D capex / lab investment). - Customer ICP enrichment for MetroAI prospect list. - Audit-trail-grade financial data with FSS attestation. ## Source opendart.fss.or.kr public API.
