DeepLedger

DeepLedger MCP connects QuickBooks Online with Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Cursor and other AI agents. Your AI agent can categorize bank-feed transactions, record bills and invoices, draft journal entries, generate reports, and help complete the month-end close. When the agent is uncertain, it creates a task for your review. DeepLedger remembers your approved decisions, helping the agent make better choices and ask fewer questions over time. ## Key features 1. Record bills, expenses, invoices, payments, deposits, journal entries, and other transactions. 2. Connect multiple QuickBooks companies, switch between them by asking, and simplify intercompany transactions. 3. Generate financial reports using natural-language prompts. 4. Build long-term AI memory based on your QuickBooks data and approved accounting decisions. 5. Create review tasks whenever the agent needs clarification or approval. 6. Track and complete the month-end close. 7. Add Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, or shared-drive connectors directly to your preferred AI agent. The agent can use information from those sources while DeepLedger handles its accounting actions in QuickBooks. ## Tools - **Transactions:** qbBill, qbBillPayment, qbExpense, qbInvoice, qbReceivePayment, qbDeposit, qbTransfer, qbJournalEntry, qbSalesReceipt, qbRefundReceipt, qbEstimate, qbCredit, qbRecurringTransaction, qbVoidTransaction - **Lookups & reports:** qbMasterData, qbFetchTransactions, qbReports, customReports, qbCompanyProfile (list and switch companies) - **Workflow:** bankFeed, tasks, closeRun, agentMemory, documents, qbAttachFile, qbSendEmail, getGuide ## Built for real books DeepLedger works directly in your live QuickBooks Online company. Before recording anything, the agent checks the vendor or customer's history, open bills and invoices, and possible duplicates. When it isn't sure how to categorize a transaction, it creates a review task instead of guessing, and your approvals become rules it follows next time. ## Setup Sign-in uses OAuth, so no API key is needed. The first time you connect, a browser window opens to sign in to DeepLedger and authorize QuickBooks. - **Claude (web or desktop):** Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → `https://mcp.deepledger.ai/mcp` - **Claude Code:** `claude mcp add --transport http deepledger https://mcp.deepledger.ai/mcp` - **ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, and other MCP clients:** add `https://mcp.deepledger.ai/mcp` as a remote (Streamable HTTP) server. Requires QuickBooks Online. DeepLedger turns your AI agent into a staff accountant for QuickBooks.
