Returns the complexity tier, the fee in USD, the delivery window and the add-on prices. Free, and it creates nothing: no order, no payment, no account needed. The tier is ESTIMATED here; the binding classification is made server-side when the order is created in the web app, and the buyer never chooses it. Bands: 2 à 6 pièces = $29, 7 à 15 pièces = $59, 16 pièces et plus = $129.	Read-only
