JusticeLibre (justicelibre.org): free, open access to French and European case law and legislation. No account, no API key. Open source, run by the non-profit association Justice Libre. Over 3.5 million court decisions, searchable with BM25 ranking and an automatic French legal thesaurus: administrative courts (Conseil d'État, CAA, TA), judicial courts (Cour de cassation, cours d'appel, tribunaux judiciaires, tribunaux de commerce, Conseil constitutionnel), and European courts (ECHR, CJEU). Statutes and codes: 1.8 million articles from 75 consolidated codes (Code civil, Code pénal, CPC, Code du travail, CSP, CJA...) and non-codified texts, with any article as in force on a given date, its full version history, the texts around it and the decisions citing it. Also the Journal officiel, collective agreements (KALI), CNIL deliberations and legislative history. 35 tools. Start with search_all for federated search, then fetch full texts with the get_ tools.
