Neubau-Radar – Swiss building applications

Every official building application in Switzerland on the day it is published, for professionals: residential, commercial and infrastructure projects with builder, architect and zone. Neubau-Radar is the professional portal of Zuerst zuhause (Aprova GmbH). It reads every building application published in Switzerland (cantonal gazettes, municipal notices, cantonal building portals), every day, and turns them into structured records for building companies, investors, insurers, banks and brokers. **Tools** - `search_projects`: filter by municipality, canton, free text, category (new build, conversion, renovation…), market type, minimum units, publication window; paged, up to 50 per call. - `get_project`: one project by id. **Access** - `https://neubau-radar.ch/mcp`: no authentication; description and place, fresh publications as teasers. - `https://neubau-radar.ch/mcp/konto`: OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE; subscribers get address, builder, architect, zone and source link, plus saved-search tools.
