OpenTakeoff
Construction takeoff built for AI agents to operate, not just people to click through. The MCP server exposes 52 tools over the same measuring engine as the OpenTakeoff web canvas: load a plan sheet, calibrate scale, measure rooms as polygons on the wall faces you read off the sheet's vectors, cut real holes, re-run an estimator's taught correction rules, measure lines, sweep repeated symbols, read text/labels, edit materials, and export takeoff quantities with full provenance (who measured what, human or agent). One-Click room flooding is temporarily gated while the engine is re-validated against a wider plan corpus (OPENTAKEOFF_ONE_CLICK=1 restores it). Runs local over stdio — no account, no cloud dependency, no telemetry. Open source, Apache-2.0. npm: opentakeoff-mcp · official MCP registry: io.github.Kentucky-ai/opentakeoff.
