Pipeline Scoring & Lead Conversion

Your reps work whichever lead is newest, loudest, or theirs — and the CRM's 0-to-100 lead score doesn't help, because it explains nothing and means nothing in dollars. This reads your lead and funnel history from a CSV or CRM export and returns what a rep can actually act on: how likely each lead is to convert, roughly when, and what a conversation this week is worth compared to one next month. It ranks the morning call list by money at stake rather than by score, so a deal that would close regardless drops down the list while one quietly going cold rises to the top. It flags stalling leads before they die rather than after, projects what your current pipeline is genuinely worth as won revenue, and spreads credit fairly across every touch that contributed to a closed deal instead of handing it all to the last click or the first ad — which is how marketing finally finds out which channels produce customers rather than clicks. Managers get the pipeline version of the same number — "$210,000 of pipeline is stalling this week across 14 leads, here's the ranked list" — always as a range with its reasoning attached, never a bare figure. Every score returns its full explanation, model version and date, because a rep who can't see why will ignore the number. Under two minutes at any pipeline size, SOC-compliant, GDPR and DPDP ready, free while in early access.
