Buy and manage residential, mobile and datacenter proxies in 170+ countries, prepaid per GB, traffic never expires. There is no signup form in the loop. The agent calls `create_account` and gets an API key back — no email, no password, no captcha. For payment it calls `create_topup`, receives a payment link and hands that link to the human, who pays in their own browser. The agent never sees card details and cannot spend more than the prepaid balance. After `buy_proxy` it gets working connection credentials immediately and can write them straight into the user's scraper config. 14 tools: pricing, locations, account, top-up link and its status, buy, list, credentials, extend, usage, rotation (per-request or a sticky session of 1-120 minutes), link Telegram, attach a recovery email. Minimum top-up is $1.50, so an agent can try a single gigabyte before asking the human for real money.
