A shared runbook for testing apps. Testers work through a plan, record a pass or fail per platform (web, iOS, Android) with screenshots, and raise issues in their own words. An issue marked fixed sends the check back for a retest rather than passing it, because status is derived rather than stored — so nothing marks its own homework.
