Tools

ToolDescriptionBehaviour
browse-menuReturns curated menu categories or products for a Domino's India store. With no curatedCategoryId it returns predefined categories (CURATED_CATEGORIES); with a curatedCategoryId it returns that category's products (CURATED_PRODUCTS) or sub-categories (SUB_CATEGORIES). curatedCategoryId=BESTSELLERS (the first curated category) returns the store's bestsellers, same shape as get-bestsellers. Set showAll=true with page to get the full paginated product list (PAGINATED_PRODUCTS). The legacy categoryId path fetches products for a specific category.Read-only
get-applicable-promosReturns applicable promotional offers and coupons for the current cart.Read-only
get-bestsellersReturns product recommendations for a store. type=BESTSELLER returns top items; type=NUTRITION returns bestsellers with nutritional facts.Read-only
get-combosReturns value combo offers for a store, grouped by selectable product groups.Read-only
get-loyalty-menuReturns a paginated loyalty (POTP) free-item menu for enrolled users with available free items.Read-only
get-previously-ordered-itemsReturns items the user has previously ordered at the store (default limit 10). Response has the same product shape as get-bestsellers.Read-only
get-recent-orders-for-reorderReturns the user's last 3 orders with their items and skuIds for reordering. Each order names the store it was originally placed at, for display only - a reorder is always placed against the store resolve-delivery-store settled on and the address the user picked this session, never the past order's store or address (the response carries no delivery address for that reason). Use this when the user picks the Reorder option offered after resolve-delivery-store has resolved the store; it needs storeId, latitude and longitude, so it cannot be called before then. When user selects a recent order match it back to the same order in this tool's JSON, take the skuIds from there and call initialize-shopping-cart with exactly those items and quantities.Read-only
get-saved-addressesReturns the authenticated user's saved delivery addresses. Alongside the saved addresses, the user may instead enter a landmark to add a new address, which is resolved via resolve-delivery-store using the landmark as searchQuery. Whenever the user asks to change the delivery address, list the saved addresses plus this landmark option before proceeding.Read-only
get-wallet-and-loyalty-balanceReturns the authenticated user's Domino's wallet (Piggybank) balance and loyalty balance (points and available free items) for the current cart context.Read-only
initialize-shopping-cartCreates a cart with the given items and optional promo or wallet settings. Each cart item carries a skuId, quantity, optional sizeId, and a menuType (MAIN, LOYALTY, or DYNAMIC_COMBO); DYNAMIC_COMBO items also carry childItems (one per combo group). When size/crust is unspecified, medium and new hand tossed are used by default. promoCode with applyDefaultPromo controls promo application, and useWallet toggles paying from the Domino's wallet. Returns cart summary, pricing, discounts, delivery ETA, and wallet balance. When the status is FAILURE/FAILED - say which items could not be added and what to try instead.Changes data
manage-auth-otpEntry point of a chat/user session. Sends or verifies a mobile OTP for Domino's India sign-in. action=SEND requests an OTP; action=VERIFY validates the OTP and, on success, returns a sessionToken (a unique per-login identifier) plus the saved addresses. The returned sessionToken MUST be passed on every subsequent tool call to resolve the authenticated session. Also used to switch to a different mobile number: send and verify an OTP for the new number (this is allowed; do not refuse a request to change/use a different number) - a fresh sessionToken is issued each time, replace the old one. When presenting the returned addresses, the user may instead enter a landmark to add a new address, which is resolved via resolve-delivery-store using the landmark as searchQuery. When user select a saved address match it back to the addressResponse in this tool's JSON and take the address_id from there, then pass that address_id to resolve-delivery-store. Address details are partially masked and carry no coordinates by design - never ask the user for the masked parts, and never try to reconstruct them; the server holds the real address and resolves it from the address_id. Do not offer reorder, bestsellers or the menu yet - those come after resolve-delivery-store. If the VERIFY response contains selectedAddress and selectedStore, the delivery address and store are already set from the user's most recent order: do not call resolve-delivery-store and do not ask for an address - go straight to the three numbered options (1. See Bestsellers, 2. Browse Menu, 3. Reorder); use resolve-delivery-store only if the user asks to change the address. Otherwise the user must select a saved address or enter a landmark before proceeding.Changes data
manage-loyalty-enrollmentChecks or completes Cheesy Rewards loyalty enrollment. action=CHECK returns status; action=ENROLL registers the user.Changes data
order-statusReturns the current delivery status for a specific order ID. Only the numeric part of the order ID is used.Read-only
place-orderInitiates the order for the current cart with the selected address and payment method - the order is only confirmed once the payment succeeds, so tell the user it has been initiated and awaits payment, never that it is placed or confirmed. paymentMode is CASH, UPI (UPI maps to UPI_WALLET internally), or WALLET_ONLY when paying fully from the Domino's wallet. price is the grandTotal from cart initialization. Pass back the same address object the user picked, masked parts and all - the server matches it by address_id and substitutes the real address. For a newly added address, leave the address id empty. Returns the initiated order and its payment details, including a QR/publicUrl for online payment. When status is not SUCCESS there is no card, so explain what failed and what to try next.Destructive
refresh-auth-tokenRefreshes the expired OTP session for the given sessionToken. Call after receiving a 401 from another tool, then retry the failed tool.Changes data
resolve-delivery-storeMust be called after user selects a saved address or enters a landmark. Resolves the nearest Domino's delivery store. Provide either the addressId of the saved address the user picked (preferred - the server looks up its real coordinates itself), a searchQuery landmark (returns location predictions), or a placeId from a selected prediction (returns store details). Leave latitude and longitude empty in every case. Call this again with the new addressId whenever the user changes their delivery address; the most recent call is the address the order is placed against. Falls back to store 6585R when none is resolved. Once a store is resolved, do not recite the store details unless asked; instead ask the user what they would like to do and offer exactly three numbered options - 1. See Bestsellers (get-bestsellers with type=BESTSELLER), 2. Browse Menu (browse-menu with no curatedCategoryId), 3. Reorder (get-recent-orders-for-reorder) - then call the tool for whichever they pick. A landmark searchQuery returns predictions rather than a store.Read-only
track-live-orderReturns live delivery tracking for the user's most recent order, including status, ETA, rider details, and a map URL.Changes data
